Great Room

The air-conditioned Great Room has plenty of comfy seating, flat-screen TV with Cable. Perfect for relaxing, reading, or just catching up on the news of the day.

Kitchen

The kitchen has everything you need to be your home-away-from-home. Stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, teapot, toaster and assorted pots, pans, glasses, mugs, dinnerware, utensils and serving pieces are all available for your use.

Master Bedroom

The air-conditioned Master Bedroom has a king-size bed, seating area, flat-screen TV with Cable, large custom closets, en-suite bathroom and access to the front balcony with beautiful views of Shoal Bay.

Studio Bedroom

The air-conditioned Studio Bedroom has a king-size bed, large sitting area, flat-screen TV with Cable, large custom closets, en-suite bathroom, butler's station, and private balcony overlooking Shoal Bay.

En-Suite Bathrooms

Both bedrooms have private, en-suite bathrooms with unique fixtures, his and her sinks, and double shower heads for a massaging and relaxing way to clean up from your day at the beach!

The Main Balcony off the Great Room has an al fresco dining area, sitting area, and overlooks our pool deck and has stunning views of Shoal Bay and spectacular sunsets. (We've even seen the famous 'green flash' from our balcony!)

Our large Pool Deck has comfy loungers around our refreshing resort pool, a perfect spot to start or end your day at the beach. The deck also has an outdoor shower, BBQ grill, and sitting areas - perfect for enjoying an outdoor dinner after a day on the water.

Shoal Bay

Sea Breeze is just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches on Anguilla: Shoal Bay East. Over 2 miles of fine, white sand, dotted with colorful beach bars and restaurants. Calm, clear turquoise waters, perfect for swimming or snorkeling, are all along the bay.

Housekeeping Services

The Fountain offers light housekeeping of trash removal, dish cleaning, and tidy-up daily. Our housekeeping staff is also scheduled to change linens and towels every 3rd day of your stay. Additional cleaning may be arranged for an extra fee should you so desire.

Our condo has a dedicated washer & dryer just for your use while at Sea Breeze. Having a washer and dryer on vacation is always handy, especially if you are traveling with children.

How do I get to Anguilla?

Most people that come to Anguilla come through St. Martin and then either take a ferry or a short, puddle-jumper ride over to Anguilla. The St. Martin airport is one of the largest hubs in the Caribbean, with direct flights from Europe, the United States and Canada daily. Ferry rides are around 30-45 minutes from St. Martin, flights only 10 minutes.

Do you offer housekeeping services?

Yes! The Resort offers light housekeeping daily of trash removal, dish cleaning and tidy-up daily. Each room is scheduled for a linen and towel change every 3rd day of your stay as well. Additional housekeeping services may be arranged for an extra fee if you so desire.

Should I rent a car?

We definitely would recommend a car for you during your stay on Anguilla. Although Anguilla is small, it is spread out and you will want to explore the island! On Anguilla, they do drive on the left in a left-sided car, but the island is flat and driving is slow, so it is not difficult to get used to after a day or so. Contact us if you need car rental recommendations.

What is your Deposit and Cancellation Policy?

50% of the total due for the rental is required to book the time on the calendar. We take credit cards or checks through our Home Owner's Association who will process all payments. The remainder is due 60 days prior to your arrival. Deposits are non-refundable, although if you must cancel for any reason, we will apply your deposit to a future stay on the dates of your choice within one year of your original check-in date. We strongly suggest that you purchase trip insurance, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season, which is June - November each year.
